I think inspection is common and direct in clinic. An experienced doctor can understand the disease probably at the first glance of the patient. Of course, we can not ignore pulse, to be a careful and qualified doctor, four diagnoses are all important. Even if one of four diagnoses is accurate, and we only use one method, after all, it isn’t careful attitude toward life.
